Time for Shurtleff to go | 6:21 p.m. May 20, 2009
Shurtleff inserted the state into this affair and made a mess of it. Time for him to stand aside and stop making threats.

These things end in only one way - Tuition and new cars for Attorneys children.

Someone has to put forth the new generation of attorneys - might as well be the FLDS.

They havent been good stewards anyway, look what happened!

Just what would you have Mr. Shurtleff do differently? You may be FLDS and just want the him to turn away from the crimes against the state and others and abuse of women and children. If the job is so easy, why don't you have the job? Your constructive thoughts without the polictical editorial is most welcome.

The real truth, that no one wants to admit, is it was the Federal Government, that created all the problems, pertaining to this issue in the first place. Every time thet stick their arrogant noses into the peoples lives; good or bad, they always create more problems. "The Law of Unintended Consequence".

How come most FLDS comments are censored? Are they really that bad? I would sure like to read them. I'm use to reading about FLDS on other sites and how FLDS inbreeds, and sexual transgressors are part of the FLDS culture-- Nothing new. Too bad Shurleff can't put a stop to the abuse in the FLDS cult.

I thought they would have stopped these old polygamist men by now. I remember 29 years ago there was some old geezer in Salt Lake City who tried to lure woman into the FLDS cult by placing adds in the nickle adds. What an old spastic! The guy was mentally deficient.

The FLDS will never accept anything but complete control by the priesthood. It's a waste of time to discuss it with them. Yes, they are stubborn enough to shoot their own toes off. I think we have lots of evidence for that from the past.

Cat got your tongue? Is the noodle disconnected again?

2X2 AND 2+2=4

Start from there and work your way up.

That goes for the FLDS too.

For years Shurtleff has failed to enforce the law and has ignored the atrocities in the FLDS community. It's pathetic that Shurtleff promotes himself as the advocate for sexually exploited kids when young girls are being raped by older men in the FLDS community and Shurtleff DOES NOTHING!

The problems in Hildale/Colorado City are where they are because Utah's Attorney General did nothing.

I don't agree with these people, but there is a difference between upholding the law and using the law to supress what is distasteful to some. I am sooo glad we have a constitution in this country- to protect me from people like Shurtleff. He's pretty arrogant to run for a senate seat. I'll cry if he's elected.
