His blood alcohol level must have been way over the legal limit. He still looks intoxicated even after drying out in the hospital for two days.

With this case and all the others like it reported recently, why are the Governor and the Legislature loosening up on the availability of alcohol?

State officers should start thinking more about people like Ms. Kerbs and her family rather than people like Mr. Bash.

When are we going to quit tolerating drunk drivers? How many more innocent people do they need to kill? They already kill more Americans every month than all the US soldiers we have lost in Iraq since the war began.
This man should never walk free again!

its sad that bash had killed an innocent person when in fact he was trying to kill himself.His marriege went sour no matter what he did for her and she could care less. hell she had already put one in the ground last year. she's to blame along with him....
