Providing jobs for illegals does not improve Utah's economy. Just because
big companies move in to employ illegals with no identity does not make an
economy good. Ths state best wait and see how many american workers get employed
and the level of income paid to them. The economy can't be based on
business or illegal foreign nationals employed and poverty level wages. Outlook
can only be determeined by wages and expendable incomes, otherwise we have a
stalemated economy which Utah is so proud of. Expendable income is what offers
growth, not how many illegals get jobs.

This report coming from Laffer, the "father of supply side economics"
should be taken with caution. If any time demonstrates that supply side
economics is out it is right now! The market has been pumped full of liquidity
and nothing is moving. Why? Because the demand for it is gone. Coming from
Laffer, maybe this is a bad thing for Utah?
