We used to laugh at your inane laws. About 10 of us come up annually to ski, and about 6 of us in spring for golf. The whole business of someone serving your drink from BEHIND you...etc etc was hilarious.
Glad to see you are trying to be normal.
Did the Mormons go away?

Colorado knows | 10:35 a.m. March 20, 2009
about Utah's now stricter DUI laws. Tourists who want to avoid a 120-day driver license suspension (or two years for a second suspension) with no limited privilege to work for merely driving and having the odor of alcohol on their breath are well-advised to spend their tourist dollars outside of Utah.

"If you don't like it, leave," is Utah's unofficial state motto.

We WISH the Mormons would go away. Probably won't happen, but it is a glorious thought.
Maybe after the church gets busted, and good, for it's illegal involvement in Prop 8 they will.
One can only hope.

Colorado -- the DUI limit is 0.08% here, as it is just about everywhere else. Having stiff penalties for DUIs is a good thing. I love getting a buzz on, but not when I am about to operate a 300o-lb chunk of metal at high speeds.
