what a stupid idea | 12:22 p.m. Oct. 15, 2008
Can't "nonresidents" convicted of underage drinking and driving cause the same damage, injury, and death as residents convicted of the same thing?? Why give "nonresidents" a break?? Why give ANYONE, ANY AGE a break of any kind who are drinking and driving????

I'm sure if its a matter of knowledge, there is money to fund ad campaigns in print and all media (in Spanish as well as English) that if you drive any vehicle after drinking, ALL BETS ARE OFF, AND THAT YOU WILL LOSE NOT ONLY YOUR LICENSE, BUT YOUR FREEDOM TO LIVE OUTSIDE PRISON WALLS.

Hasn't this state seen enough grief over deaths caused by drinking drivers??
