There is no doubt that KK needs to play Sunday. His will to play is tremendous. I believe that he will eventually replace Collins as the backup center. But KK is so versatile that he can sub for Boozer, Okur, AK47, or even the small forward. KK's work ethic will be what puts him over the top.

Matt Harpring has been a great player for the Jazz, but I think it is getting to be time to call it quits. I have come to appreciate what a great player he has been for us, but I think the time has come for the log jammed position at SG and SF to play out by freeing up a spot for our developing talent. Matt has played through injuries and has never made excuses for himself, and he has shown he is truly a gritty player not afraid of anyone. He's never hid behind his injuries (which we can't say that for everyone who has put on a Jazz uniform).

I don't know how much Harpring will even be able to offer when he's ready to come back. It will take weeks for him to get back to 100% even when he is ready to take the court, which could be a hinderance to the position he plays.

Harpring cannot afford to retire! I understand his wife is an MD. Can you really expect the family to live on her earnings alone?

Actually, I really love his hustle and aggressiveness. I hope that his current recovery from surgery will enable him to continue his "blue collar" role with the Jazz.

Kwstas will be a great gift for Jazz, this year. Good luck to Kwstas and Uttah Jazz.
