Our criminal justice system is obviously broken. These guys should have been locked up for good a long time ago with rap sheets like that...

For Jay"s mom and children and rest of his family.everytime I saw Jay he had some thing good to say,( AND HE MADE YOU LAUGH EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO, YOU LEFT WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.). and it usually was about his kids , mom, grandma, aunts or other family members.. he also spoke of our heavenly father and how good god had been to him.. It does not matter if a person gets off on the wrong track, god is still with us and in our (there)hearts..i have family members who by the grace of god , could be where jay is now!! linda i'm so sorry for the loss of your baby, your son your pride and joy.. our prayers are with you and the rest of your family.. may those guilty have the right justice come to them!!!! and they will!! blessings to all of JAY'S FAMILY Jay's old landlady k. johnson.. LINDA KEEP YOUR CHIN UP FOR ,HE WALKS WITH EACH DAY, YOUR BABY IS ALL WAYS WITH YOU, I'M SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS
