This is one of those wins that will cause TV to fall in the nat'l rankings, and maybe the local rankings. They should've stomped this win into the turf, instead pretty much looked bad the whole game, but most importantly, came out with a W. I can hear the TV haters coming out in hoards. Can you hear them? Listen closely. Here they come!

they were up 30-0 on their cross rivals before they pulled their starters.. so i wouldn't say they looked bad the whole game!

turnovers, penalties, and trouble moving the ball. Sounds very sloppy to me.

Why does everyone think this level of play for Timp was out of the ordinary.......afterall we are talking about the Timp Whimps right? this is how Timp plays, thats why Wong won't schedule an ALTA or Bingham.....Pad your schedule Timp....Next year watch as the Timp Whimps travel to the UT/AZ border for a game against the Hildale Poli's!

It's hard to motivate a very good team when they are playing a very bad team. ESPECIALLY at the High School level.

bad mouth a program that has won 30+ including 3 out of the last 4 State 4A Championships. why do they need to schedule Alta/ Bingham. Timpview could care less about alta and bingham and their combined 2 state championships. their goal is winning the 4A championship and whatever formula they use to get there appears to be working.

all you alta players, fans, coaches, and parents need to move on. okay you're the BEST team in STATE!!! is that what you want to hear. man, you guys are annoying.

i love the timpview haters because their so funny when they act like they know everything about tv and every year when tv beats a very good team(usually in the playoffs) their mouths all of a sudden just shut and i love it because all they do after that is find an EXCUSE hate on them so HAHA for you! wait one more HA!

haha gotta love the people who think timp can't schedule hard teams to play, i was on the '06 champ team and bingham and alta and other 5a schools refuse to play us cuz they just take the fact that cuz they are 5a they think they are better. i say bring it! tv will take any team on the field!

Why can't TV play a 5A power, are they scared? Bingham, ALta, Layton, Northridge, I think could beat or at least be a good game, there isn't anyone in 4A

the team you mentioned Layton got beat by a 4a school. timpview has no need to play those schools. they could care less.

TV plays PG, Lone Peak, and Spanish Fork every pre-season. The three are very respectable 5A teams. In addition, TV scrimmages with Bingham every summer at their camp in Price. Bingham can only respect TV after going head to head. Both teams are good

Were in 4A and were coming for you this year. We are not the same team of the past, this team is Undefeated and rolling through teams this year. 5A and 4A, only Layton has been close. Hopefully we will see you in the Championship Game. Go Cottonwood Keep up the Drive for the Perfect season.

One feels a little sad for Alta and Bingham fans. When their win streaks get up to 15, they can talk prouder. For now they are stuck with whining. Whine. Whine. Whine. Whine. Whine. Make sure you do your arithmetic homework this weekend.

I don't know what to say. Timpview has won for pretty much two years in a row. About the Alta and Bingham: I remember one time I think it was last year where Timpview had a BYE week when we were supposed to play I think it was Alta but they backed out last second. And that is BEFORE we had even a 15 winning streak! Before you call Timpview wimps I say you look at what your school is doing first.

I agree with "wow"--everyone comes on here and claims that Timpview won't play these other schools when the truth is that TV is more than willing to schedule these schools and has tried to so do and for whatever reason, it doesn't happen. But it is not because TV won't play them--that's ridiculous!

Why should timpview play you? what have you done to make you so good? nothing haha timpview has a long tradition of playing those schools. Why waste their time with one of your weak teams. Timp dominates in the playoffs every year. How do you explain that one?

No Timpview doesn't play the best teams in the state (I'm a fan who would also love a different team in the preseason than SF). but its not my call.

But, Timpview does play the BEST 4A teams in the state and the last 3 out of 4 years have beaten all of them. You can't take that away from them.

How can you call Timpview a weak team when we beat Pine View in the State Championship (Undefeated until State Championship) 55-7? And in '04 we handled Lone Peak (Now a solid 5A team) 42-0 in the ship. Alta and Bingham TRY to make themselves LOOK good with their mouths. We do it by winning State Championships!

Timpview has nothing to prove. If you ask me its Alta and Bingham who have something to prove. So how about YOU do something about it
