After the recent financial issues that have threatened to collapse our economy one can no longer defend the ridiculous run up in housing. The game is up. Prices for housing must come back down to fall in line with wages. Lets just hope we make the correction sooner rather than later.

Feds are not going to let it happen soon enough and it will be devastating to the economy. Intervention in the free market is a scary thing.
