So you think he did it, but he shouldn't go to jail? Armed robbery and kidnapping? For goodness sake, maybe he wasn't holding a gun, but he went in there knowingly with a group that did have guns and detained people. That's armed robbery and kidnapping in my book. And everyone should know that if you aid someone with a gun, its the same as if you had a gun yourself in the eyes of the law. So I guess he did lose before he walked in.
