I recently read that Vitamin C is needed to produce collagen for healthy bones, cartilage, & connective tissue. Further, EGCG found in Green Tea also does well in this function.

I have never tried the supplements mentioned but do know that Fish Oil has worked wonder for my knees and ankles which have been severly sprained numerous times.

Lets hear it for Anti-oxidants, Anti-inflammatories, eating right & exercising.

Most supplements are just modern snake oil in fancy packaging. Since they aren't regulated by the FDA, they can claim anything and people will buy the hype.

Wake up Arnold. The FDA does not work for us. They work for the pharmaceutical industry. They could have provided the money and data for this story.
