I hope this money actually full goes towards what they're saying. Now, don't get me wrong, I used to LOVE the Aviary as a kid, but I remember one of the last times they got a ton of money...nothing went to the birds, and new buildings were built for the faculty. I'd know, bc I volunteered there.

The birds need to be cared for. If there is money it should ALL go towards the welfare of these wonderful animals with wings.
