Congratulations to Moench for preserving his family's business! I hope he's done his estate planning, because death taxes could require selling off the ranch to pay them when he dies. Currently, only $2,000,000 in assets are exempt from federal estate tax; amounts which exceed the exemption are taxed at 45%.
