Juab CAN'T BEAT MANTI

Juab is capable of doing whatever it wants. Its offense and defense is anchored soley on its line. The three senior linemen Jordan Bainter, Denton Larsen, and Jameson Izatt are some of the very best in 2A.

Good luck with North Summit. They're better than last year.

Juab is better too. Just wait till Kyler Jones comes back. The Four Horsemen (Chandler Street, Cody Kiesel, Kyler Jones, and Derik Jacobsen) are gonna march all over 2A behind the Great Wall of Juab...the boys in the trenches are gonna pave the way to a title in 2A. If the Sophomore QB hits his stride, Juab will be tough to beat. Oh and FYI North Summit Fan, Juab almost beat your team last year with mostly Juniors. This is a much different team than you beat your freshman and sophomore years. BOLD PREDICTION: Juab beats San Juan in the 2A title game 33-14(The same score as win Juab lost to Juan Diego in 2004, accept this time the wasps emerge victoriously).

I would love to see a state title in Juab. We have waited a long time. Juab looked great in the second half against Morgan. The first hald had glimpses but wasn't pretty at all. I was impressed with Brock Orme in the second half. He showed some confidence, poise and leadership. Chandler Street look as good as I have seen in 2A since someone named Trevor Jones and Matt Howard at that position. Juabs line was solid. I hope we can keep it up. Wasp fans, lets not count anything until its here and over. One week at a time and lets stay humble. Great win Juab. Now take care of Richfield on the road.

In reply to the comment about Juab's sophmore quarterback. The Morgan game he was somewhat nervous but he was strong and made the adjustment the second half and rallied his team.I know Brock very well and trust me he will hit his stride. Once Kyler Jones is back they will have an even better team. He is one of the better players in 2A by far. I was somewhat suprised to see Juab spot Morgan 16 points to start with though. However, Juab dominated every aspect of the game. They had way more first downs and almost 200 more yards offensively. Once their secondary steps it up they will be a very good team. In response to Juabfan's comment about Brock Orme. Does anyone know what happened to the kid battling him this year? The Hansen kid, im interested in what plans Juab has for him. If anyone knows anything about it i'd like to know.

This is just fun...Trash talk is in the air. Brady B is awesome, his comments should be taken to heart by any Juab people on this thread. I miss the days of T Jones and Howie runnin' up the sidelines for scores and Shane distributing the ball all over the field to Kellen and Z Barr and T.O. but hey this is gonna be a fun year for us I think. And lets remember to have class and sportsmanship on these posts everyone (Juab and other 2A fans) because seriously, this is a game that is played for fun. Good luck to all. Good luck Juab! GRAND ISN'T GOING TO CRUSH ANYONE

This is hilarious! Oh boy, this small town banter sure scares me!! Just remember in the grand scheme of all things football this trash talk rivals the breeze created by a young gnat's eyelash!

Hansen is the varsity backup. He is the QB for the JV. He plays Safety and is the snapper for the varsity. Next year he plans on being a WR. Hes a great athlete that will contribute big time as long as he keeps his head up and has a great attitude.

I can understand Brock Being nervous in the first half of the game. After all it was his first game as starting QB and he's only a Sophmore. Brock's amazing but he's not the only one on the team. We've got a good defense and Offense line. Lets go Juab good luck.

I want to commend Chandler Street for giving all the credit to the guys up front. They do the most work and get the least recognition. For Chandler to say that about his line was really impressive. Juab keep up the good work and lets beat up on Richfield.

You haven't met MANTI yet! I think the toss up for 4th place will be between Juab and Millard. Manti and North Summit will play in November for the state title.

What a great time of year ! The morgan football game was a good eye opener. Chandler had a great game, Derick and Cody did their part. Izzatt got credit for the blocked punt but he also close lined the quarterback 3 times in a row right before!! He had him on his back several times!! Great job Izzatt. In Juab they never even talk about Manti it seems its just Millard and North Summitt. Manti will be a good test this year to see where it all will wash out. Juab deserves a title and when they do it will be GREAT!! GO JUAB!!

Kyler Jones will help a ton when he gets back,more depth in the backfield. Defensive backs will get deeper and stronger when Trevor H gets back from a hamstring injury and back into the rotation. The O and D line is the key to success.Rock and Roll---

I think Juab will contend for State this year. They have great returning players and a great coach. Juab has a great shot at taking state this year. They've already proved that they can come back from behind. More than half the teams can't do that. They also have now gotten their offense into the rhythm of things and it will be hard to stop them. On top of all of that, their defense has always been descent. Just a few more improvements and they'll be great! Go Brock!

what is the reason that the Juab games are not on the KMTI Radio networks this year. It would sure be nice for those of us that can't make it to the out of town games to be able to listen to them as we have done in the past

Juab is gunna take state no matter what, and they are gunna walk all over manti for that matter!! We have the best line in the state and behind them the best runners nad QB in 2a football. Skyler Richards, Jordan Park, and Seth Owens have some of the best hands in 2a football.

Juab is going to march its way into the finals and once there they will trash anyone. WE just schooled MANTI 42-27

North Summit won but we should have been at the last game. 2 or three mistakes was all that kept us from winning that game and you know it! Go Juab we still have all the others years to go
