Thank goodness I didn't have any financial dealings with Ron Clarke, but my brief, unpleasant run-in with him has led me to believe he knew exactly what he was doing and if there is any remorse in him, it is only at getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I hope he receives all he has coming to him along with these other criminals

This guy is slick - he only did it at anothers request . . . Oh darn . . . Ron is a Real Estate Broker and knows the law and knew exactly what he has been doing. As long as it lines his pockets that's all the matters. This guy had better get the book thrown at him or something is wrong with our state division of real estate. Not very many realtors live in a home worth 4 million dollars. Maybe he should have to sell his cars and real estate to pay back the millions he stole.

Due to this scam, appraisers do not know the true value of the river bottoms real estate. Trying to get an equity loan, I have an appraisal that is $178,000 below the Utah County Appraisers value. This has been very damageing to me. The five involved have been guilty of more damage than just the monitary value of the real estate they were dealing in.
