The editors cheer the return of the U.N. back into Iaq as if it really mattered. Nothing matters more than peace and prosperity, but it won't come at the hand of the U.N., the U.S., or any other outside entity engaged in ephemeral "nation building." This is just one more instance of neoconservative thinking at the newspaper. Is there no possibility of hearing from some true conservatives in this rag?
