someone dropped the ball
how can you shoot someone then go about your business because you promise to be good. this kid would never have gotten in the service 10 years ago, let alone be allowed to stay in and be scott free.

Boy, I'll tell ya what, Hill Air Force Base just keeps outdoing itself. First it sends warheads to China (whoops), then it misplaces some M-16's, and now one of its fine airmen just happens to be wandering around town shooting guns. I wonder what they'll do next!
