Even though the victim's in the case were prostitutes, this case still makes the death penalty necessary.
I am afraid however, that our whimpy Weber County attorney, Mr. DeCaria, will not seek the death penalty. He will get the defendant to plea with the stimulation that he (the shooter) will accept "life without parole", and the county attorney's office will withdraw their request to seek the ultimate penalty. (Same old story. We will be stuck with
paying this mans costs for the rest of his life)

What?

"Dr Booty" - do you seriously believe that the status of the victim, rather than the nature of the crime, is what decides the penalty in this case?

THAT'S what's wrong with Ogden: a severe class system that keeps "the lesser people" down....because everyone knows how classy Ogden would be, otherwise.

Cost is not the best argument for the death penalty, as we pay far more for individuals who receive it than for those who remain in prison for life. This is because of litigations costs, etc.
