OH MY, "alcohol-poisoning deaths in the past decade found that under the age of 21 drank themselves well past the point of oblivion", young people are more likely to go out with the goal of getting drunk at a party hey, and guess what? - That Alcohol IS - claiming young lives daily. Perhaps it's time for a "just say no program again hey, or how about BILLION$ dumped into more education about underage drinking and drug program's in the public school's, or how about to build another socialist utopian project where they can go to detox and get help?. "NONE OF THOSE WORKED" folks, and this story is proof of it. Because TV, DVD's, Video's, the Radio and press say it's ok to "drink like a fish" as long as you do it in moderation with your other behavioral problem's. SHUT DOWN ALL PROGRAM'S THEN. The Church leader's need to do a better job educating these young people as well as their Parent's to. That would work much better. Don't you think?.

She was the one we never had to worry about. The quiet ones that don’t require a whole lot of attention are usually the ones you should worry about the most. At least with the loud ones that are trying things and getting in trouble they are getting the rebellion out of their systems.

When your parents are no longer in the position to look over your shoulder is when you discover how intelligent you actually are. Typically our parents make the decisions without us even being conscious of it and when we start doing it on our own the mistakes we make are outrageous. It’s all part of growing up. Unfortunately, too many take this new experience to extremes and they die or kill someone else.
Celebrating? | 3:04 p.m. July 8, 2008
A 20 year old young lady being excited about passing an exam, and telling her Mom she is going to celebrate with a beer, and her Mom telling her to go for it as she deserves it - what is wrong with that picture?

Nothing is wrong with that picture. She didn't tell her she was going to go binge drinking. There is nothing wrong with having a beer now and then, even if you are (gasp) a year under the drinking limit. Do you all of a sudden get smarter when you hit the 21 mark? No. Come on. If everyone who had a beer before they were 21 died due to alcohol poising we wouldn't have a population problem in the world. To be honest the reason these kids drink so much is because alcohol is not available to them very often, so when it is they go overboard. I'm not saying kids should get alcohol, I'm saying maybe we should lower the age limit. Suddenly once you can get alcohol legally it's not that exciting.
