Went to the game. Not sure why a .200 hitter is starting in left. The Smith kid should not be in Salt Lake. Ditto for the .249 hitting Dee Brown. Add to that the lack luster play of Brandon Woods at shortstop. I always thought that when you are young and get a taste of the big show but are sent down for more work, you try harder to get back. It appears our shortstop has quit and is merely going through the motions. This is not the same team that started the year. Without a major turnaround, fans are in for a long hot miserable July and August.
