Where are the teachers of this group in the picture?? If I was a parent of one of these kids, I'd be nervous--scrambling across a street, all spread out, no adults, no caution or order. Poor little kiddos, so sad to have to go to daycare (or not care, as the case may be.)

If I were the parent of one of these children I would be very concerned that they are scattered all over the street with so adults in sight!
