Second Street Ventures has'nt hired sound engineers to do any acoustic studies of the work, how does a developer know what will happen to the iconic sound qualities of this studio? And how do you compensate someone for something that's lost to the listening enjoyment of millions? There is no compensation available, the sound can't be re-created, it will be lost forever. This project never should have been approved.
