E Coli invironment is in excertment. We keep finding this bacterium in our hamburger. What assumption can I make as to other material that is comtaminating this meat?

Cook It Very Well Done. Stop living in fear. Stop throwing away food.

Employers need to educate the illegal immigrants, who are processing our food, about the necessity of washing their hands after using the restroom.

It's not about fear. I've eaten in Mexico and Costa Rica. I eat in the field in the army. I've climbed and done alt of camping. I have better than average ristance to germs.

E coli is indictive of a corporate culture that values producing quanity over quality. It's a problem of scale.

Small processor and butchers cared more about the market they served.

I'll be darned if it wasn't on sale this week! I've got 10 lbs already cooked into freezer meals. I think we'll be ok though because the cooking times on all the recipes were long enough to kill any critters.
