The transportation put $200M on the Vineyard connector. $30M last year and an additional $170M this year. Do your homework. Eliminate the sloppy reporting.

Based on what I have heard, it appears that funding originally earmarked for the expansion of Geneva Road has been moved over to fund the Vineyard connector.
It seems that the powers-to-be at Anderson-Geneva with their cozy relationship with Greg Curtis and the legislature have managed this.
A road through Geneva will surely increase its visibility and value.
Geneva Road needs to be widened before I-15 is expanded, otherwise it will be gridlock.
While I think the Vineyard connector is a good idea and should happen, I fear that what is most important was relegated to second place after what is more politically expedient.
