White women having babies?
I didn't think white women had babies anymore...

18 teenage pregancies are not alarming. What is alarming is that 18 girls are having babies and they apparently don't have a father to pair with them and they are otherwise unprepared to take care of the babies.

Throughout all of history it has been common that teens have given birth.
