Oh yes here we go, lets feel sorry for the criminal for his up bring. I get so sick of hearing these arquments. I was rased in an abusive home, by an alcoholic father. Neither my sisters or I have repeated his actions, and I know there are thousands like us who have done the same. So forgive me if my heart dosn't bleed for this murder, I don't care if he was on drugs or not.
He chose wrong.

Ditto to John, you can't blame your actions on how you were raised. You still have to take responsibility for your actions. Who's choice was it to take the drugs? Drugs are not good and people lose control and have no idea what they were doing.....but you are still responsible for what you do!
Bleeding Heart ... NOT! | 8:22 a.m. June 18, 2008
Oh isn't that terrible that he CHOSE to take drugs that he KNEW would alter his judgement, and something bad happened?? The poor, poor boy.

NOT!!!

So he wasn't responsible for his actions because he was on drugs? Uh, no... he voluntarily took the drugs in the first place, therefore he is responsible for EVERYTHING he did afterward, because of that choice!

Who cares about Parley, he will never suffer pain near what the family of his victim will. He will never suffer the life long agony the Cody Cross and the other security officer will. I could not imagine having to wake up every day and rember what they walked into and had to see. It is amazing they were able to perform their job as professionally as they did in that circumstance, I know I could not have restrained myself, there would have been no trial for Parley Dutson "LOST BOY"

He's 19, she was 15 when she died.
They had been a "couple" since he was 16 and she was 12!!! THREE YEARS!

No doubt he believed as he was raised, that she was nothing more than a BABY MAKER and a gift from God for his own animal LUSTS!

Too bad the death penalty is on hold!
