Increased heart rate, hyperventilating, cold sweat, head spinning. That's how I feel every morning, reading the DNews, letters to the editor!

Thanks for the information. I'm a military wife and that was helpful. That's basically what I do, live each moment everyday and try not to worry about all the stuff at the same time in the middle. I try not to watch the news all the time when I don't know where he is.

Larry, please keep reading daily. Then you'll stress and eventually expire, which will solve your DNews problem.

The Tibetan people have a saying, “If you have a problem and nothing can be done about it, why stress?” or “ if you have a problem and you can do something about it, why stress?” That’s the way I live my life. Don’t stress the small stuff.

I work in a childrens clinic that gives support and care to 2000 children who are HIV positive.I am in Botswana a country in the Southren region of Africa.Guess what i am a sole social worker for this clinic.I have a strong supporting body of nurses and doctors but i just dont know how i do it.Most of this children are orphaned and the cases and the history behind the families is overwhelming.I am at a point of talking work 99% of my time/life and just got married!I gues you know what that means.....I would like to have somebody i could share with my cases and thoughts and feelings.
