Lame column, Jerry. Very lame. Poor use of hyperbole, awkward use of mixed metaphors, and superficiality in substance.

Lighten up Richard....he wrote it as he saw it and felt it. It's a good article and it certainly brought to light how people feel about being in the Temple, to be able to go to the Temple. We are truly blessed to have that privilage. Who cares how it is brought to our attention...mixed metaphors and all.

RICHARD - No matter how poorly you think Jerry wrote the article, his was a whole lot more captivating and wonderful than reading your garbage! Thanks Jerry, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your account! Richard go pound sand.

As usual, Jerry Johnston wrote an excellent column. Every time I need a 'lift', I read or re-read one of his columns. His insight is so much keener than mine and his ability to express important topics is unmatched.

Thanks Jerry for helping us see more clearly and for helping us feel more deeply.

A nice article. As an English major and voracious reader, I found it inspiring and fresh and I didn't notice the "awkward" part. I'd be curious to know where that was, but not curious enough to get another nasty barrage from Richard. So Richard, please keep me hanging on this one; I'd prefer not to have any of your sort of enlightnment.
