The hornets can go sit next to the Jazz. They both suffered from the same malody, unable to hit the big shots in the big games. Maybe next year.

Man, this looks almost like the presidential election. We have the Clinton and the Bush families that we just can't quite get rid of (San Antonio and Detroit), McCain, the guy with so much money, but yet can't handle it if everything isn't just handed to them (Lakers), and Obama, the guy who looks good on paper, seems eloquent and fancy, but hasn't really done anything of substance (Boston).
As soon as I can relate anything to politics, my interest goes WAY down.

give a lot of credit to popovich for switching bruce bowen to guard chris paul. i cant believe bowen was guarding paul, bowen its 36 he should be gaurding shooting guards or small forwards. spurs deserved to win. now they need to worry about the fakers i mean lakers.

Well I am glad the Jazz don't have to lose to the spurs again this year. I hope the Spurs destroy the Fakers.

The media just wants it to end up having the greatest teams in NBA history to face off. The spurs are good but the lakers can handle them because they're young and talented and the spurs are to old they need to start looking for younger players that have alot more years left in them. The lakers are over rated and Fisher blind sided the Jazz Utah has 2 of the best childrens hospitals in the nation and his daughters treatment was in New York not the getto of LA.

I guess was right when he said this is over in 6 about playing the Jazz. The Jazz will never win the NBA Title. They get something caught in their throat when things get tough. That is to bad, because DWill, Boozer and AK really deserve to go farther.

Didn't some Jazz fans want the Jazz to play the spurs in the first round? and didn't some Jazz fans say that winning on the road didn't matter??? Objective fans could see the writing on the wall, the Jazz are a good team but not a great team, and definitely not a championship team. Championship teams can win a meaningful game on the road. See exhibit A spurs beat the Hornets despite the Hornets having home court. Something the Jazz have not been able to do the last two years. The Jazz backed into a western conference finals last year thanks to Golden State, not because the Jazz did anything special on their own. And before Jazz fans starting crying, no Houston is not a championship team and either are the Hornets but the Spurs are!!! PS. anyone that thinks that Charlos Boz can hold a candle to the Mailman is dreaming. Spurs in 6

never say never. Also, the only way there would be more past NBA champs in the finals would be if the Bulls were playing the celtics, so it isnt that much of a dream final four for mr stern.

For all those who think the Jazz choked in the play-offs.........Hold back that cough.............
I do remember when your infamous Kobe Bryant and Shaq played the Jazz in the play-offs....I believe 1997 and 98, Kobe was throwing up "Air Balls", and the Jazz won both years.... 4/1 and 4/0, dominating the series.
This young Jazz team suffered through a tough series with the Lakers. From what I saw, the ball bounces the other way....The Jazz had a rematch with the Spurs....It was that close. BOTTOM LINE!
So all ye Laker fans, or any other NBA team fans....
WATCH OUT.....The UTAH JAZZ will be back again next year with a big chip on their shoulder!!

Even though the Spurs are the biggest thugs in world sports, and I hate their attitudes, I'd rather see them in the finals then LA. LA has too many titles, and I can't stand celebrities, and I can't stand Jackson, so I'm at a loss at who to root for.
This may be the only time I'll ever root for SA. LA is too annoying for me.

with re: spurs. I'll root for ankle breaker bowen and body check Horry before I'll root for no class Kobe and whiny gal gasol.

I hope the Spurs take out the Lakers. I think they are one of the few teams that can do it.

If it's the Spurs and Pistons in the finals, you might as well start watching, ugh, baseball. Well, I guess there is the WNBA.
