Jeffs has the same rights as every other Convict. The Appeal Process is open to him and he can appeal till his heart is content. He can also sit in his Jail Cell while he is doing so.

The appeal shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.
But, it would be refreshing to have just one FLDS man not runaway and take responsibility for his actions.

He is on suicide watch now, what if his God takes him home or out to the trash? To listen to his sermons, God protects the faithful and lefts away the hand of protection of those disobedient.
He confessed his guilt, then renegged on that confession, what do you think his god would say or do to that? YFZ might of been his punishment for lying to God.
Within this same logic, what can Willie Jessop and Merril Jessop expect after defending the same confessed false prophet?

we go again. People like Warren Jeffs know how to play the system. He is now getting supported by the Tax-Payers and he will milk that resource till the kingdom comes. What a screwy system we have in this good old America...

Warren Jeffs is creepy !! What a joke !! A prophet from God; are you kidding??!! He is a control freak pedophile!! He needs to be incarcerated so he can't abuse anyone else!! The other old perverts need to be locked up too! I cannot believe that these vile weirdos have been able to continue their disgusting use of young girls for so very very long!! It is about time something is done! I commend the state of Texas for taking action and I hope the other states where this abuse is occuring will take action too!
