What a great letter to David. We all wish him luck and support him in achieving his dreams. Carmen, you constantly impress me with what a good head on your shoulders you have. You are very wise and humble and it sounds like you have had some amazing experiences yourself. What better person to give David some last minute council. You've won me over.
Thanks Carmen | 10:42 a.m. May 20, 2008
I've loved reading your articles this season. I hope you keep up both your writing and your singing because you really have a talent for it. Beautiful letter to David. You are so sweet.

I loved reading this article! I too wish David Archuleta the best. It has honestly been gratifying and special watching him on American Idol. I have literally cried through all of his performances because he has had such a profound effect on me. Best of luck to you tonight and throughout your career David!

We had a great Utah representative in Carmen Rasmusen and we're going to have another in David Archuletta. Great job guys.

He just did it Carmen. David Archuleta did it.
Heck, I don't even care for the result tomorrow night because our David left Idol stage with his head up heigh with 3 stunning performances tonight.
Having said that, gotto go back to voting!!
He won regardless!

It was a difficult way for the season to end for all Archuleta fans. However David A. is a very humble person. He came out and kicked butt on Tuesday and should have won. Still I know he is going to be very successful in his musical career. Best of luck David A.!
