A Dedicated Female Voter | 2:55 p.m. May 19, 2008
I see where Barack has warned the GOP to "lay off my wife." Perhaps Barack should tell his wife Michelle, if she can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen (a la Harry Truman). You surely aren't naive enough to believe your warning will prevent voters from examining her public socialist comments and not respond. If she wants to stay out of the fray, tell her to be a cookie-baking on-looker and stay out of the fray. I have on good authority that Michelle rules the roost. Barack should get some backbone and tell Michelle to butt out.

Let's see if you maintain that opinion when the Democratic party starts digging into the finances and past of McCain's trophy wife. She's already refused to release her tax returns. Why is that? Was it her or McCain that started the affair when McCain was still married to his first wife? What organizations has she donated to? These questions need to be answered.

"I have it on good authority that Michelle rules the roost." Nothing like a little backyard gossip, is there? I guess there's nothing keeping people from giving in to their baser instincts, but I hope the lady hesitates before lecturing us on talking about things we know nothing about.
