Oh isn't that sweet of us. Iraq gets bombs because they have an evil leader, and North Korea gets food. We aren't satisfied controlling the masses in just the US with welfare anymore are we? Now we want the world to become dependent on us so we can conquer them also.

why do we send so much money in foreign aid when there are poor and homeless people here at home? billions and billions are spent all over the world--asia, africa, south america, middle east, eastern block european countries--to accomplish what? some show of compassion, i'm sure. maybe it's an effort to obligate these foreign regions to be on "our side."

why can't we spend that money on our people, infrastructure, energy, R&D, etc?
