Your doctor is more likely to kill you than a gun.

This is why you need to COMMUNICATE with anyone providing health care. Don't suffer in silence. Children and those unable to communicate for themselves should NEVER NEVER NEVER be left alone in a hospital -- someone should stay with them 24 hours a day, and ask the nurses what they are doing or what meds they are about to give.

If a hospital has a problem with that, you need another hospital.
