This shows congress' inability to see into the future. Todays 'high prices' will be tomorows 'bargain prices'. With congress again refusing to allow us to use our own resources oil will go to $220 a barrell, OPEC says thank you, Pres Bush will be credited for buying all this oil when it is so cheap.
