That's nice, but where to I report grafitti on my own, private, property? As a parent, I spend most of my day cleaning up after my own kids; I'm really annoyed that I now have to spend time, effort, and money cleaning up something someone else's kids did on my property.

How can I get some of these little offenders to come clean up the mess they made on my property?
