Myanmar's gov. is a bunch of thugs. Let's call'em what they are and skip the politeness.

The govt. there is scared that their people will get help, get up off their knees, and then rebel against the people eating steak at the palace.

Power, it is all about power.

Poor Burma. Not even a close shave. They got hit by the real thing. Sotrm and dictatorship.

The generals let the food in because... they were hungry. They learned their lesson well from the North Koreans. This show will go on and on and on...
