PowerHouse - I love your enthusiasm. But lets get real here, especically with respect with Boozer.
He is a horrible defender - just horrible! When things are tough inside, he settles for jumpers. He should be relentlessly banging inside all game long with his size, athleticism, and body.

Okur deserves all the praise he has been getting and more for his hard work and effort. It is not easy to move that big 6'11" body and put the ball on the floor at the three point line but he is doing a great job lately.
He was a big contributor to us beating the Rockets. That was a very physical series and he banged with the best of them in there. Its a good thing too because Booz wasn't up to the task.
Go Memo!!!!

Maybe it is time to get Karl and Booz to work out some and get the edge there too. Memo is da Man for now, but it will be great when we have 3 or 4, or more superstars.

The fact of the matter is that, with the exception of a very short stretch at the end of Game 5, Boozer has been absolutely horrible in the playoffs. Mark is absolutely right. It seems as if the vast majority of the defensive breakdowns are a result of Boozer's inability to cover the guard on the screen and roll or get to his defensive rotation in time. It is starting to irritate me a bit with his "my big game is still coming" routine. He big game has a much better chance of coming if he would quit taking bail out jumpshots and take the ball at Gasol or Turiaf or whoever inside. Also, 7 turns in the last game (6 in the 1st half) is horrific for a guy who handles the ball as much as he does. If he continues to play at this level it is going to take consistent blow up games from Deron and Memo(who is playing outstanding) to make it past this round.

TYRONE CORBIN... The future Head Coach of the Utah Jazz.

agree with Karl Da Man --get Malone to work out with Boozer is a great idea...

I agree with Ty: I'd like to see Corbin as the head coach when his turn rolls around.

Corbin should absolutely be the next Jazz head coach. Let's hope we don't lose him in the next couple of years to another team....

I thnk this is a great problem to have and the reason Memo is getting the looks he is, is because Boozer is demanding attention down low.
This gives us two options, if a team tries to take away Boozer it leaves Memo more room to run. With Memo have these big games they will have to adjust to him which will conicide with Booz having a big game. It's a one two punch with Memo and Booz w/ Dwill calling the shots.
We're no longer the team with a complete offensive liability, (TAG, Eaton) As Brewer develops his J and Anrea continues to learn his roll this could be a very good, nah great team.
And all these options and flexibility are coming under Sloan. He'll get his ring yet.
