It is nice that these men, women and animals are honored. I hope they earned it with honor and integrity. I have known of VERY GOOD PUBLIC SERVANTS in the Police Departments all accross the United States.

Sadly I have had to deal with police for questioning in the past, once or twice were VERY GOOD experiences, but my experience here in UTAH was horrible, and I was treated like a CRIMINAL after being totally open and honest, being willing to help in any way I could. Yet they treated me like I was the biggest liar in the world, and like I was mixed totally in the scandle. I have never resented authorities and have always been cooperative, but this WHOLE experience has CHANGED MY MIND! NEVER EVER EVER SPEAK TO THE POLICE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A LAWYER FIRST! I Don't care if it's about a Lost Dog down the street, if they Hint it's missing by a person, Wait till you talk to a Lawyer! TRUST ME! THE DETECTIVES WILL LIE & TWIST YOUR WORDS to Fit what they want to use. I KNOW! Congratulations to those who are HONEST AND SERVE THE PUBLIC!

Great job! Thanks for your service to the community.

I am glad none of these hero's belonged to the SLC Unified Fire because of budget issues these heros would likely be laid off so a golf couse could get another water hazard.
