There is something wonderful about a cold beer and a great soccer game! I am glad to see this.

Oh great - Now Sandy can have its share of drunken riots just like Europe.

You must be crazy! If you want a cold beer and a great soccer game, watch it at home! With all the congestion in that area, what we DON'T need is disgruntled fans with beer in their bellies pulling out of the parking lot and causing traffic tie-ups or worse.

I am LDS and I don't mind people having a drink and watching a game. The traffic tie-ups are going to happen anyway. I am sure the will have a like a 3 drink limit on beer. And with Utah beer that will hardly make you drunk. This is a good thing for the stadium and the club.

So how do you propose to market the luxury boxes to offset the cost of the stadium with a liquor ban in effect, tess?

They figured out how to make a soccer game bareable. Good for them. All the beer in the world isn't going to keep RSL from going bankrupt. Give up now and make the steel skeleton an aviary.

There's beer at Jazz games and it isn't a problem.
