The only way to get FLDS kids back is to immediately press private criminal charges for conspiracy against the State of Texas and get the case heard in front of a jury. The key for success of this case is to act fast in order to get warrants and gather evidence for corruption against the state. Such cases had been started in the state of California under the racketeering legislation. The State , CPS and the entire corrupt legal system has everything to profit from unfairly taking children without evidence and fabricating fraudulent case. This will not stand a chance before a jury!

Did you read the Bishop's List? There are 5 wives who are listed as 16 yr olds in plural marriages all to older men. None to teen age men or as first wives.

The lists were dated with a just a few dates. Was this as the families arrived?

And sadly quite a few wives and children live at different locations or are listed as being "in hiding".

I am saddened by the events that I have watched unfold in Texas. I feel a heart felt sorrow for those of the FLDS who are caught up in this farce of justice.
I can not help but wonder at the deeper meaning of the events that are happening here. When is it in this country so many have been guilty of the crimes of a few? What has happened to the Constitutional rights of these people, and what does this mean to Americans as a whole? Why does not our Federal Government step in, and support the rights of these poor people?
It was not so many years ago that our Federal Government with the help of media comdemed to death the followers of David Koresh. The government thru the media accused Koresh of being a terrorist, and child abuser. 74 people were murdered for the supposed crimes of one man that latter turned out to be untrue. Are we not seeing this happen once again? Did not the phone call that started this turn out to be a hoax.
Again I must say that I am saddened, and I am also afraid of what will happen next.
