Here at the city we have more of your money than we know what to do with. We considered having a ca$h bonfire but our consultants assure us this program will burn thru the money much faster.

You want me, as a tax payer, to pay $290,000 per year for that?!! No thanks. The money would be better spent on roads, libraries, schools, police, parks, etc, etc, etc.

So wait, married couples can add another adult designee? What? How does that work? If I'm insured by SLCounty, I'll just find my best bud who's uninsured and throw them into the mix. That's bad policy for taxpayers.
