What year is the first round pick that the Jazz traded (I thought!) to get Korver? Guess it isn't this year's like i thought!

I thought we had the knicks first round pick and traded our first round to the 76ers. Can anyone explain this?

i cant answer on specific yr for the Knick's pick...but it is order protected, meaning if the Knicks draft higher within a range, they keep the pick...I believe that the range increases until 2010 when the Jazz will have the pick, regradless of order..

that is the only reason I wanted isiah rat thomas to continue to gm and coach the team..lol
