I believe that EVERY child should have his/her own lawyer. CPS in Texas will probably try to try the case as "one" case. Or to appoint all related children one attorney that they can hand pick to be on the side of the state.
These children deserve their own attorney, and an attorney that has not been working "for" the state as in getting all the CPS cases.
Each child needs an attorney. If there are 416 children then there darn well need to be 416 attorneys.
