A good punishment for this sick offender would be, like the old saying "Eye for an eye".
That's why crimes like this should definately be felonies, and whole haertedly agreeing with anonymous,and punished to the fullest extent of the law!
They are so defenseless! I hope the catch him/or her quickly! Shame on them!
