Is David Stern drivin, (no pun intended), NASCAR now? It's too bad the old rebel culture that created NASCAR is gone forever and parity is the new culture. It will eventually ruin the sport.

Yes, the drivers will adjust, as the feature states. NASCAR Sprint has evolved to a glorified IROC. Bow Tie vs. Blue Oval vs. the Red Pentastar vs. Yota? Not. What manufacturer sponsor? C'mon lets be real. Brand loyalty and promotion gone. Driver loyalty up. So when the victor states to TNT: "My Ford/Chevy/Dodge/Toyota (blah, blah, blah) was a hot rod;" what they mean is, "My COT was better than the other 42 COTs, and I was the better driver." I will still watch, but cheering on my fave manufacturer has lost its luster. Maybe I'll watch MLB.
