Sloan better call fess up soon. He needs to get him as ready as he can in case he needs to play when we play the big boys in the west

Don't let him fesster in Orem | 12:25 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
Fess is far from the right answer, but he is the only option we have for help in the front court. Lets get him with the team now!!

of letting Haffa go. Now all we can do is get Fess as ready as possible so that he can at least play a few minutes if needed

we need a proFESSional center | 12:31 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
.....not a stanford grad, who's only option on the low block is to fall down in hopes of getting a call.

Lets start the Fesstivities.... | 12:32 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
there will be no playoff celebrations with our current big men roster. If we want to celebrate in June we will need someone who can defend the likes of Tim Duncan, Bynum, Gasol, ect. Fess is raw as can be but he's our only choice. Get him on the roster now and get him ready to contribute 5-8 minutes a game

His jersey won't be FESStooned.. | 12:40 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
..in the rafters, but his size and toughness is something we do not have in our back court. He needs to be on the playoff roster, so they might as well start the Fesstivities now.

I agree, bring Fesenko up now.

He has already likely gained whatever experience the D League can provide. Why not let him gain a little seasoning in the Big Boys league?

C'mon Jerry find just 5 minutes a game for Fesenko. That's all I ask.

Just like Price, he may end up surprising you.

Yes bring up fess send Collins and Harpring to the D league maybe they'll turn into basketball players. Tell Mehemt to play D and quit shooting the 3 so freakin' much.

Looks like another mutany after the Price for Hart saga. Maybe Jerry just wore down from reading the message boards?
I bet he gets up at 5 am like the rest of us to see how the Jazz are doing and what move to make next. We should have lobbied harder to trade Collins, Hart and Miles for Dwight Howard. Man would we be good then.
The big story should be how the league allowed the Lakers to reload without giving up anything. Now thats the conspiracy. Bet we regret the Fisher move in the playoffs.

The West is inFESSted w/centers | 6:34 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
If nothing else, we are going to need an extra set of 6 fouls to use against Shaq, Gasol, and Duncan in the playoffs.

Let's get Fesenko some floor time with the big boys now so that he is not in awe in the postseason.

Utes suck!

Jimmy's Sneakers | 6:46 a.m. Feb. 25, 2008
Come on Desnews editors, you are just using the "Price is Right" headline over and over again to bug Jimmy aren't you?

Jimmy likes Price in a Bobby Jackson/Leandro Barbosa type role, and thinks he is an adequate backup, but Jimmy hopes we can bring in some more competition for him next year in place of Hart. Preferably somebody with a pass first score second mentality, and maybe someone taller to guard 2's while Price can guard 1's with the second unit.

I agree that we will need Fes, but not right now. Fes is getting playing time and in shape where he's at, if he comes now he won't get much playing time, because Collins is not getting to play, the rotation off the bench is Harpring, Price, Korver and Milsap. Maybe in April the Jazz can bring him in, you bring him in now he won't be in shape for the playoffs.
Go Jazz!

Yeah, I'm sure that Orlando was itching to trade the cornerstone of the franchise (Howard) for Collins, Hart and CJ.

Here is one Dee Brown fan. They still should have kept him instead of signing Hart-less. He is 10 times the player Hart-less will ever be.
