If Obama decided to reject a decision of the US Supreme Court and ignore the
expressed will of Congress, there would be an uprising to throw him out of
office. I don't understand how the U.S. government can propose that another
sovereign nation do something different, unless Obama and Hillary have thought
it over and decided that they should remain in power if they also decided to
ignore the judicial and legislative branches in the United States.
