If one half of the state budget is going towards education and it's been that way for a long time and education is the most important thing and everybone is so smart and on and on then why are we broke?

Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) examines the costs of education, health care and incarceration of illegal aliens, and concludes that the costs to Californians is $10.5 billion per year (Dec 2004). Close the border!

the illegals and watch your costs drop and your revenue skyrocket. But this is a Democrat controlled State, so there's no chance that will ever happen.

Just keep blaming everything on George W. Bush, and make yourselves feel good.
