I could be wrong on this, but I think they generally withhold names in sex crimes until the arrestee is indicted.

Then how do you know if they would not give Sara the name? Try giving the person a break.

We don't need every single person's name. In my opinion it is better unless they confess or get convicted.

Jason Sallee was booked into jail for investigation of sexual assault, unlawful detention, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a restricted person. Bail was set Friday for $9,999 cash only.
